Customer Support Analyst

Corenet Tech (UK) Pvt Ltd is a growing IT company based in Coventry, delivering innovative technology solutions across various sectors. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Customer Support Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT or technical customer support roles and thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries via email, phone, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed to the development or engineering teams.
  • Document support interactions, solutions, and best practices in internal knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer support experience.
  • Monitor support metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new clients on software tools or platforms.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution to customer issues in line with SLAs.
