Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital design and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that our websites are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create engaging web experiences that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Design & Development: Design and develop responsive websites that provide a seamless experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Visual Design & Branding: Create visually engaging layouts, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring design consistency across all digital properties.
  • User-Centric Layouts: Organize website content in a user-friendly manner, enhancing readability, accessibility, and navigation.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with marketing, content creators, and developers to bring design ideas to life, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize and test website designs before development.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO, contributing to a better user experience and higher search engine rankings.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback, refining designs to improve user interaction and satisfaction.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and web technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our web design projects.

 

Experience – 1 to 3 year of experience

  • Proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is highly desirable.
  • Experience with website maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
