UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user interfaces that enhance usability and drive customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and structure information in a way that aligns with user goals and ensures an intuitive navigation flow.
  • Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes that outline key interactions and workflows, and test these with users to validate usability.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse usability tests to understand user interactions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner closely with UI designers, product managers, and developers to bring user-centred insights into the development process.
  • Use feedback from testing, analytics, and team input to refine and enhance designs continually.
  • Ensure that designs work seamlessly across devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

 
Experience
Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of experience

Education & Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent qualification in related field (preferred).
