Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and helping to achieve overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient processing of sales orders and requests.
- Maintain and update customer records ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process sales orders, and assist in managing customer inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and contracts for customers.
- Coordinate communication between sales teams, customers, and internal departments.
- Manage and process sales-related documentation, including invoices and purchase orders.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.

Education & Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
