Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results – oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expand ing our company’s market reach.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive lead generation.
  • Engage with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and face – to – face meetings to intro duce and promote IT solutions and services
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach and prospecting to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and tailoredproposals that align with client needs.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, gaining insight into their IT challenges and business goals.
  • Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring smooth communication, prompt support, and efficient issue resolution.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, client demands, and competitive positioning within the IT sector.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, revenue goals, and quotas by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Work closely with client support and technical teams to guarantee client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure all sales agreements adhere to company policies and comply with legal standards.
  • Collaboratewith the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities and lead generation efforts.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client needs are accurately understood and integrated into product offerings

 

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience:3 to 5 years in a sales-driven role, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

  • Salary:£18.00 -£19.00 per hour
  • Expected Working Hours:37.5 hours per week
  • Schedule:8-hour shifts
  • Location:Hybrid remote, based in Coventry
