We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our team. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems, and supporting end-users both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing employees
- Install and maintain business-critical applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, antivirus software)
- Assist with basic server and network support under guidance from senior techs
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights using Active Directory and other tools
- Log support requests in the ticketing system and track resolution
