We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team for a 9 month unpaid internship. This is a hybrid position based in Coventry, UK.

Job Description:

As a Data Analyst Intern at Corenet Tech UK Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, working with real-world data, and contributing to meaningful projects. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the field of data analytics and an opportunity to develop your skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources.
  • Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and tools.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to present findings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data models and algorithms.
  • Support the team in identifying trends, patterns, and insights from data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and findings in clear and concise reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company data, ensuring it is used solely for learning purposes and not shared with unauthorized individuals.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as excel, sql, python, or r.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as tableau, power bi, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
